Hand Import...

Hi, I'm a newbie...so nice and slow, please.

I've just imported 89 hands for today...just like every other day.

They show up as hands and the detail for the day but they don't show up in the Winnings tab which shows 0 hands played. I've not got any filters working.

Is there a way I can get the result of the day to show in winnings...and am I doing something wrong?

I played some more hands and they went into the system perfectly.

All the hands are now in the processed file but only some are showing up in the Winnings tab.

Is there a way to refresh the import or ensure that a hand that has been processed appears in the Winnings tab.

In the Daily Results Graph I've got the total for the whole day showing...but in the Winnings tab only a portion shows. Shouldn't they be the same?

Yes they should be. Could you please attach the hand history files from today (you can find them in the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed folder) to a support ticket for us? That way we'll be able to see if we can reproduce this issue on our end and whether it's a general problem or not.
