How to delete all autorate rules in one shot?

I want to create my autorate rules from scratch. Right now, default rules are active. It will take a while to delete all of them, one by one.

Is there a easy way to clean the default rules quickly?

Unfortunately there is no other way at this point in time.

I've imported an empty text file, and it does the job. The rules are deleted.
