Svenska spel (boss) wrong +- amounts

Not sure if anyone else experienced this but since last week I get wrong amounts in PT everytime I play.
I always seem to be doing better in PT than I acctully am (compared to clients account balance).
This problem is new to me.

We have fixed an issue related to IPN (Boss) imports for the next release. At that point you will need to purge and re-import the affected sessions (or import to a new database). If you want to get a notification when the fix is released please open a Support Ticket and we'll link you into our system.

Same at Win2day (Austrian Pokerrom with Boss Software).
I used pt3 since 2 years or longer and had no probs till now.
About 2 weeks ago Win2Day (Boss) perfoemed a software update (at the same time I updated pt3 to v3.13.5).

Since then et is wrong, the differences are huge.
Today history in € (NL10):
w2d - pt3
+0,61 - +1,54
+5,14 - +6,30
+10,05 - +11,81
+6,84 - +8,69
-23,36 - -18,46

I'd like to downgrade pt3. Is this possible?

You should be OK installing other recent versions of PT3 - there haven't been any database changes for a while.

That's great. Now I'm using the second last version 3.13.4 and it works well again.

3 or 4 days ago it began again - PT3 3.14, same bug after downgrading to 3.13.12 yesterday.

The difference between PT3 and Win2Day (Boss Media) is enormous - not playable. Today: pt3 (3.13.12) -9.71€, Win2day -15.40€ (518 hands)

GTechG2 (Boss) recently made a change to the format of their hand histories. There will be a fix for this in the next release of PT4, and I expect the fix to be applied to PT3 as well although I'm not absolutely sure about that yet.

Ok the poker tracking tool I bought isn't workable anymore.
Please tell me what's about the support of pt3 so that I can look for another provider.

We are providing bug fixes to PT3 only at this point as we are concentrating our development on PT4. In this case the poker site changed their software so it is not a bug on our end. That said we have made some fixes like these to PT3 recently so it is possible we'll do this one also, I just can't say for certain if we will or not yet.
