Sng results not correct

I played 4 sngs, +1 -1 -1 +1 I won the first but it shows I lost the buy-in however still shows i placed 1st, weird!, then the next 2 are correct yet for some reason it takes 10 minutes+ for a finished sng to show up in the results on poker tracker? weird.. I am a new user but as if learning a new software program was tough enough, making sure its doing its job at the same time is even tougher why should we have to baby sit it?

been a half hour, i keep clicking refresh and still 4th game hasnt showed up on my graph/results.

im gonna try Holdem Manager cause this is ridiculous. I chose show hyper turbo's all I played and theres nothing. It logged 3 games out of like 40-50, I cant get the thing to work right. Seems as if there are bugs to be fixed and at this time I am not dishing out a dime for this software. -revolution network

There is very little tournament results information provided by most sites, and Revolution give us very little.
For known tournament types we are able to infer the fees and prizes in most cases, but if you get any import errors or missing hands, or you're playing a type which isn't known to us then results may not be updated automatically.
You can enter your results manually via Tournaments > Enter Results, but please also attach the hand history file to a Support Ticket and tell us the exact type of tournament, entry cost & fee, and your finish position and how much you won and we'll see if there is a problem with that particular tournament or if the detection rules can be improved.

I have the same problem in a bigger scale.i have a database of around 400 tours.all kind of formats and the winnings are all to zero and the finish position to the last one.u think i should refresh the numbers manually??btw i used hm2 before no problem at all but now i have an imac so i have to use this product... :|

What type of SNGs are you playing?

Have you set your tournament summaries to save in PokerStars? Have you set PT3 to import from that directory as well?
