PT3 TableTracker can't open Pokerstars

I've just started using tabletracker and it is having problems trying to open pokerstars.
After performing a search I try clicking on the 'launch site' button and am given the message:

Unable to launch site:
C:Program Files (x86)\PokerStars/PokerStars.exe
Reason: Unable to launch site 'PokerStars'

The correct file path has been configured in the settings and regular auto-importing works fine. I'm using PT3 version 3.13.10 beta. I'm also running the program as administrator and have temporarily disable antivirus (avg had some problems thinking if1.dll was a virus).Pokerstars software also updated this morning, although I didn't have the opportunity to test on the previous version.

I remember having similar problems about a year ago and needed to replace the dll, any suggestions?
