HUD problem

Hello! I play tournaments at Stars. HUD sometimes shows stats for one or two players at 6max and 9max tables, and mostly doesn't show at all. Yesturday it worked, like all previous days. I seem I did not change any settings. Please help!

Is this for Zoom or for regular tables?

Also I tried different HUD profiles and beta versions of PT3 with the same result :cry:
HUD options: minimum hands required=1, stats from the last 0 hands.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Once we have your logs we can better figure out exactly what is going on here for you.
