PT3 not working newest update on stars

Mac user here, My pt3 is not importing hands anymore since i updated pokerstars a few days ago, tried to reinstall both PT3 and Stars couple times but it didn't help...

Can you confirm you are using the latest PT3 beta (3.13.11)? If not, you'll need to upgrade to that version (available here).

Yes i do use the newest version, and already tried to go back to the second one you have as a download, both didn't work.

In that case in PT3 click Configure --> Options and check Logging Enabled. Then restart PT3, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

We are still working through the issues with the OP. Please create a support ticket as well if you are having the same issues. (Also, please note that PT3: Mac does not support Zoom tables.)
