Tracking Problem (Some tournaments are N/A) + DB preformance

Postby ralle_h » Sun Oct 28, 2012 10:22 am

Dear Pokertracker team,

I noticed this bug on Pokertracker 3 already, but now I have it on Pokertracker 4 as well, which is why I wanted to consult you about it.

About 10-20% of my SNG tournaments don't get tracked correctly, the tracking stops during the tournament (after 60 of 81 minutes) and the result doesn't get tracked as well.

It looks like this: [ img ]

In Pokertracker I knew how I can edit the result of the tournament (Enter Tournament result), but in PT 4 I can't find the option.

So my questions are:

1. How can I edit/fix the results of the bugged N/A tournaments?
2. Do you have any idea how/why this is happening?

3.

Furthermore, when I click on results in my tracker (monthly results), it takes 2-3 minutes to load up. In PT 3 that did happen about 10 times faster. Is that normal?
What can I do to improve the situation and make the DB work faster again?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

(1) In PT4 you can edit a specific tournament by right clicking the line and clicking Edit Tournament on any report where you see rows with one row per tournament. There is also an Edit Tournament Results button when you're on the Results page.

(2) I don't know what is causing this but if you send us the hand histories for these tournaments via our support system I'll make sure it gets looked into.

(3) Regarding the slow reports, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Please submit these two issues as separate tickets - that will make it easier on us to keep track of them and get them both fixed more easily for you.
