Adding Aliases

Hello!
I have a problem with my PokerTracker 4. I started playing on Ongame, but now I also play on PokerStars. The problem is, that when I'm trying to add new alias, "Search for player" only finds my Ongame user. Do you think that it has something to do with that my users have same names or is it just another random reason? :shock: Please help me. :cry:

Try selecting your PokerStars user from the drop down then search - then you can add your OnGame name to the PokerStars name and that will work fine - it doesn't really matter which is the base name after all.

I tried to do that. So I go to "View Stats" -> Player:"nickname"(drop down list), it gives two options -> Choose new player/Edit player list. If I select "choose new player, it opens up "Search for player", same thing for "Edit player list" because I have to add new, and then it opens up "Search for player". BUT It wont find my PokerStars profile. It does only find Ongame profile. Is there some filter somewhere? :roll:

There shouldn't be. Have you imported a hand you've played at PokerStars before? You'll need to import one before that player is in the database to select.

Now it works! :) I forgot to change my PokerStars language to English..... Thanks for the help anyway. :)
