Can't find myself in playersearch fulltilt

When I try to search myself in pokertracker I can't find myself. I have a somewhat difficult name maybe _I Jeffrey I_
Whatever I try my name doesn't come up. Also the HUD only displays 3Bet % and doesn't track the other stats on ftp tables.

New FullTilt is not supported in PT3 at this time due to changes in their hand history format.

Ok but I played before with this username on fulltilt and had PT3 running back then. But I can't find my name in the database back. It is supposed to be there. Maybe because of the difficulty of my name?

If you imported old hands your name should be there - nothing would have changed because of that. Do you see any FTP players listed in your database? Is it possible you have a filter set (if so try clearing the filters and that might bring up the full list).

I have ftp players in my list and I never used the filter. Can someone take a look trough teamviewer please? Nothing works :(
