PT not importing hands / Betfair

Hello,

i switched from the 888network to betfair recently (because i want to make a new rakeback-deal within the betfair-network), unfortunately PT4 and PT3 don't work with Betfair on my PC yet.

They are not importing hands, i only get "11:20:14 am: OnGame: Found 0 files to monitor." on the monitor of PT4 and it doesn't work (so the HUD doensn't appear also of course).

With 888 i have no problems, PT3 and PT4 work perfectly there.

I already have tried the things mentioned in the guides, so reinstall the Betfair-program in english language for example (because PT sometimes only works with the english installation) and use the right Directories configuration ("C:/Dokumente und Einstellungen/name/P5JavaClientSettings/handhistory"), so i already have tried all tipps mentioned in the ongame-guide (because betfair is in the ongame-network now).

Please help me, any ideas?!

Are you using our latest beta versions? 3.13.12 for PT3 and 4.05.7 for PT4 - older versions may not work properly.

yes i'm using the newest versions of pokertracker - for PT4 i'm using the 4.05.7 BETA version at the moment, but i tried it today also with the 4.04.1 version and with PT3 again but it doesn't work...

any ideas what could be the problem?
as mentioned, with 888 there weren't any problems neither with PT3 nor with PT4.

Are the hand history files being written to that folder as you play?

PT4 works sometimes when i'm logged in as administrator of my PC, but doesn't work everytime. sometimes it works fine when i'm restarting PT, then the hands are written properly to the folder.

but what is strange is that the folder generelly is empty (except handhistory order), so it seems that the hands aren't saved correctly in the folder?!

any ideas what can be the problem?

You do need to be logged in as an account with Administrator access. Restricted user accounts are known to cause problems with PT4.

Or you can just right click on the exe file and click on "Run as admin". That should do it. [ img ]
