Unable to login to database

Hello,

I have a problem, maybe was already on the forum, so sorry if I ask again. By accident I deleted database file from program, so I uninstalled the program and install again, but database is not anymore here and I do not know where can I get it....
Here is what happens if I run the PokerTracker:
- Unable to login to database (postgres). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
Then I click Configure Defaults and I get Server: localhost, Database User: postgres, Port: 5432, Password: dbpass
And then I get: Unable to connect to this database. Please check the configuration

So anyone who know how to fix it pleas help me. Sorry again for spaming.

That indicates the database server is not running. Click start, type services.msc and click on it when it appears. Can you find PostgreSQL in the list? If so, try to start it and let me know what happens then.

Thank you for reply, I did what you said, but PostgreSQL is not on that list. Is there some other way to fix that?
