Player notes gone

Hello,

When I make notes on a player on dont use PTs note option however i make notes via the pokerstars client, all my notes and colour codes are gone, is thre any way pokertracker has took them and stored them anywhere?

We don't touch the PokerStars notes file in PT3 or PT4, so I'm afraid I don't know what happened to them.
