Missing hand histories

Missing some hand histories, then I tried to manually import but got "Unrecognized file format". Help please

Winning have introduced a new text hand history format alongside their existing .dhh and .phh HH files and this seems to be causing complications in some circumstances, although I'm not yet sure exactly how.
The new .txt files themselves will not import, and if you try to do a Manual Import of them then the file type will be unrecognized. Until we can add support for the new format this is expected.
The .phh file should still import though - if you stop and restart the import do the hands import?

I have seen the same issue and, no, stopping and restarting import does not seem to cause the missing hands to be imported.

Then could you zip up and attach one of your .phh files to a support ticket for us? That would help us figure out what is going on here in your case that is not happening to us on our end normally.

Winning Poker Network (Yatahay): Error: Unknown file type. is what comes up on my PT/ holdem at True poker site, the omaha works fine. it works fine on Merge both omaha/holdem. I just added holdem to my existing omaha PT3, at 79.99

It shouldn't be a license issue - that would give you a different message.
Please compress a few of the files which won't import and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can check them out.
