I just updated to v3.14 and now Zoom HUD doesn't appear but works fine in other games. Enable Zoom HUS is checked.

Was it working properly for you in 3.13.x? If so, please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce this problem and then report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.

The HUD appeared again after a reboot!?

Our installer does request that you restart PokerStars after running it - that's probably why the reboot worked :)

same problem here, went back to .13 version.. lets see if works

.13 with zoom hud working and All in ev screwed..
.14 with all in ev working and hud dont..

its so fucking hard to release the program working? we pay for something that doesnt do what promisses... can i have my money back to buy HEM? of course not..

We do everything we can to fix any and all problems that are reported to us. This is definitely not a general problem because if Zoom were broken for everyone the forum would be flooded with complaints (Stars has had support break in the past and trust me, it was very, very clear).

As such we need information from you in order to figure out what is going on. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

same problem here.

I play 3-4 Tables Zoom on Stars.

Either the HUD does not appear generally, works only on 1 or 2 tables or stops refreshing after a few hands.

Run PT3 as admin doesn't fix the problem. Only solution is start/stop import a few times till it finally works properly, but it's very uncomfortable in a running session.

A fix would be very much appreciated.

I'm using PT3 v3.14, OS Win 7 Pro 64 bit.

Reboot your machine and re-run the 3.14 installer first thing and that will likely fix things for you.
