Three problems with PT3

Hi people:

I've been using PT3 for quite a while, but for some reason, in the last month i've encountered some problems and its been pretty annoying to play with the HUD ever since. These are the problems:


1) On POKERSTARS, the HUD appears in disorder, i mean, the tracking is correct but all the HUD display appears below the players it shouldn't, so, i have to move my player using the "SIT HERE" option until the HUD appears below the actual player is supposed to, can you please tell me why is that happening?


2) On IPOKER, the HUD appears normally when the tournament starts, however, when i got moved to another table, the HUD dissapears and i have to STOP IMPORT and then BEGIN AUTOIMPORT in order to get the HUD running again; so, if i get moved a lot, everytime i have to do the same thing and that is not supposed to happen.

3) On IPOKER, when i try to EXPORT a tourney to a text file, it only recovers part of the tourney (probably has to do with the item 2 on this list) and UNIVERSAL REPLAYER is not capable of recover it because it says there is NO VALID DATA.


I only play Tournaments (MTTs) and this is getting ridiculous because i play mostly on ipoker and stars

(1) Please make sure Auto Center is turned off - when PokerStars added this option they turned it on by default for tournament players and you will need to turn it off for things to work properly.

(2) This is a known issue and stopping and restarting the import is the only workaround; it's due to the fact that iPoker doesn't tell us what table you moved to in the hand history file otherwise.

(3) The other issue should not affect exporting; the export should be working properly. If you import the hands you exported into a new database, do you see them all there?

1) I just turned off the auto-center in pokerstars, so i will wait and see if that solves the problem (when i play on the afternoon)

2) Its a shame to read that, so i guess there is nothing you can do about it for now.

3) The problem remains. Also, because i'm stoping and restarting the import after i got moved, my pokertracker keeps showing a lot of "tourneys", for example, 4 or 5 tourneys for every tourney i play.. is there a way to combine them?

They should automatically be combined. Please attach the hand history files for one such tournament that gets "chopped up" to a support ticket and we'll look into this for you further.

The problem with pokerstars is solved, thank you very much.

However, the problem with ipoker continues and i am opening a support ticket right now.

Also, PT3 is importing the hands on MICROGAMING (MTTs) but there is no HUD, why is that?

Microgaming tournaments do not have HUD support in PT3, only in PT4.
