Rush HUD not working on 5,5+R

Im playing 2 torneys right now and I can see the HUD on the $11+1 on demand rush, but cant see it on the MTT 5+R.

Hands are importing normally on both torneys, Im with the last version of PT3 . Any ideas?

Please attach the hand history file and a screenshot of the table (if you can get one) to a support ticket and we'll look into what is going on here for you.

same thing happen to me
the 11 4 26 rush on demand is showing the hud prefect

but nothing on the 5.5r

I have almost made the 5.5r rush final table
no status no win

I have use the lastest version of PT3

plz check whats going on

I guess its happening with all the MTTs. Got to the final table for a miracle in one of the MTTs and then the HUD was still bad (showing only 6 out of 9 players).

Whats the hand history files that u need? Where do I get them?

After you stopped the import the hand history files will have been moved to the 'Processed' folder within the PokerTracker 3 install by default. Unless you changed it this will be:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed

As Kraada mentioned a screenshot of the table with matching hand histories will be most useful.

Has there been any update on this? It's a major issue for me that no Rush MTTs (i.e. not RODs) work with PT4.

Please also open a ticket if you are having this problem. The more users we get with tickets for this issue the faster it will be fixed.
