HUD issues on Party

Having some issues with Party.

I'm playing MTT's across both 888 and Party. 888 is fine. On Party, either a hud only show's up for one or two of my tables, or none at all. Sometimes the HUD stats aren't updating correctly either.

Also when I click Start getting hands, the software freezes up and it's taking around 10 minutes for the import to start.

When it's locking up are you seeing duplicates shown as importing?

Whoops my mistake it's PT4, but no, no duplicates.

Couldn't see any in the logs, but under import status it has a lot of duplicates

Click Tools -> Setup Assistant and run through Setup Sites and afterwards try again and let me know if that works better for you.

Yep ran through that, started import and 49 duplicates

That's not so many; that's something PT can handle. You're still not seeing the HUD though?

It was 600 last time, that's only because I stopped for a few minutes. Nope HUD still playing up.

Please restart PT3 using the logging enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.
