damaged hud on PS cash games

hi everyone,
since the latest update, Im having a hud problem at pokerstars micro stake limit hold em games (full ring) I reinstalled psq8.4, reverted back to the old version, installed latest version again etc. what I only see at the cash game tables is; those mini buttons for profile, trial warning and avg. stack size stat hangin somewhere to the upper left of the table. I couldnt find any help for this trouble on the web for 2 days. Weird thing is, Everything else works just fine. No problem importing and viewing the hands, or no hud problems on Sit n Go and MTT tables. all the trouble is just on cash game tables.
I have windows 7 basic 64 bit sp1 Os prsq8.4

Can you confirm which version of PokerTracker you're using? It sounds like PT4, but this is the PT3 section...

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem.
Be sure to include a screenshot of the table window and the hand history file for the session along with your log files.
