ZOOM HUD not working with lifetime VPP medal

Hi guys,

The HUD in the ZOOM games is not working properly when a player displaying the recently added "lifetime VPP medal" is in the hand. I did a somewhat small investigation in-game with this playing ZOOM $2.5/$5 and the HUD bugs whenever a player has this medal on. I would say I reviewed this in 60 hands. When a guy with this medal is not in the hand the HUD works perfectly.

What happens is:
1. The HUD of the player wearing this medal doesn't even appear.
2. The HUD of the player in the immediate right seat of the player wearing the medal is showing as if it was the HUD of the player with the medal.
3. In a 6max game, all of the players HUD work fine except for the 2 players involved in the bug, the player displaying the medal and the player to his/her right.

Example. 6max game. Seat 3 is wearing the lifetime VPP medal.
Seat 1: HUD works fine
Seat 2: No HUD at all.
Seat 3: HUD of player in Seat 3.
Seat 4: HUD works fine
Seat 5: HUD works fine
Seat 6: HUD works fine

Other example. ZOOM 6max game. Seat 3 is wearing the lifetime VPP medal. Seat 2 is empty.
Seat 1: HUD works fine
Seat 2: Seat is empty, No HUD displaying.
Seat 3: No HUD displaying.
Seat 4: HUD works fine
Seat 5: HUD works fine
Seat 6: HUD works fine

The development team are investigating this issue. In the meantime please try disabling VIP status and let us know whether or not that fixes it for you?

Nope, the bug is still there as if I hadn't change anything. Same player medal pattern.

Did you restart both PokerTracker and PokerStars after you made this change? Another player says this change did avoid the problem.

I just did that and it is still not working. I'm using the latest update of PT3.

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3. Then please reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file in the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3 directory.
