pt3 hud wrong places zoom

my pt3 will not put the hud over the right seats when i play zoom.

i have prefered seating set, but every hand the hud is randomly putting itself in weird places, and sometimes leaving seats without a hud and sometimes (very rarely) putting the wrong players into the hand.

Yes, PokerStars just updated their Zoom table format again, each time this happens we have to compensate for this change. We release the fix for PokerTracker 4 immediately, and then during our next scheduled release cycle we put out the fix for PokerTracker 3. We should have a fix for PT3 in 7-10 days roughly, possibly sooner. Since PokerStars is frequently updating the Zoom table format over the past 2 months, we highly suggest you consider moving to PokerTracker 4 to assure timely updates are available. PokerTracker 3 is no longer being developed, we only release occasional patches to fix errors at this stage.... since we are no longer developing for PT3 this means the release to address the Zoom changes will almost always be delayed (unless it happens to fall right on our release schedule plans, then we get lucky).

You purchased PT3 two and a half years ago - we are not going to give you a refund for it at this time. As a long time PT3 user you do qualify for a discount on the upgrade to PT4 - just add PT4 Holdem Professional to your cart on our purchase page and you'll see your discount.

I know you don't care about pt3 users anymore but I want to remind you that it's been more than 10 days since hud stopped working properly.
I would be very happy if hud works at least 14 days a month.

A fix will be released in our next PT3 update cycle which I would imagine is getting near again. I'll see what I can find out about that for you.
