Unable to communicate with registration server

Hello!

I bought a PT3 a long,long time ago(2008), and now reinstall it, but if i wrote the registration code, the server dont responds.

What is the problem_?

It's most likely your firewall or antivirus software blocking PT3 from reaching the server. Please configure it to allow PT3 to communicate with its registration server. For more on how to configure the most common firewall software, see this configuration guide.
