PT4 at Merge shows no buy-ins, winings, rebuys, addons f

[FYDream]

Hi,

I cannot set PT4 to show buy-ins/ winnings for MTT at Merge. For some reason it does not show finishes for tournaments.

Has anyone encouraged similar problems?

We can only import the information given to us by the site; Merge does not give us information on results at all and the buy-in information is not so great either. If you have a hand history that you believe gives us information we're not using, please send it to us via our support system and we'll make sure to look into it and add support for that method if it provides us with information we aren't using.
