When I play, the stats don't show on the table. What am I doing wrong? Tx.

Are your hands importing? Is this for PT3 or PT4? Do you have PokerStars in English?

Yes, it's importing, PT3, English.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\ directory - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that is in that folder.

I assume you mean restart 'PT3'?

I don't seem to have a text file called PokerTracker in that directory?

It seems the problem was solved by re-installing everything. Tx, anyway.
