Auto import in PT3 stopped working after reconfiguring HUD

Greetings!
After I changed the HUD to show different statistics, the auto import function stopped working. I restarted PT3. Auto import recognized the hand history files, but was not able to import the hands. I am using the newest version.
Thank you for any suggestions you can offer!

I forgot to mention that cache is at 100 % and that PT can only be closed by the Task Manager in Windows.

Changing the Hud wouldn't affect the import.
Please attach one of the hand history files which won't import to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
