Help?
I encountered the same problem yesterday when i updated my postgres 8.2 -> to 8.3.
I made backups with pgAdmin III before update. Apparently in pgAdmin you don't have option to restore a database that doesn't exist. (but from command promt u can do it).
So i created a empty database from PT3 and then restored my backups.
You get the exit code 1, because tables and indexes already exist in the database. It still restores everything fine. pgAdmin's interface is confusing because "ok" button actually does restore again (i made the same mistake pressing it).
Just press cancel and it's ok.
