It says that the default values are provided.....but when i click on connent i get a message saying "Unable to connect to this database.Please check the configuration"....What do i do???

This tends to indicate that there is a firewall issue; please see the Firewall Troubleshooting Guide - if your firewall is blocking PostgreSQL it will keep PT3 from connecting.

I added the following files on the list of exceptions on my firewall but i am still getting the same message. :?: :?: :?: :?:
