how to install postgres on Windows 7

right hello there..i have a question do i have to install all the apps on stackbuilder??
because i cant get it all and im having alot of troubles to get this working..so that i can have my pt3 working as well..need some help quick

You can ignore Stack Builder - it is not necessary.
If you got to that point of the installation it should be fine.
Are you able to start the PostgreSQL service? (Click Start and type "services" - find PostgreSQL in the list and if it isn't running, start it.)

because i was installing all of the thinks from stack builder :S
and i couldnt put working anyways
