cnt_p_limp_opp question

Postby Wills Dad » Wed Feb 16, 2011 12:39 am

Maybe I've stared at this too long today, but I don't understand why cnt_p_limp_opp is:

sum( if[ (NOT(tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_face_raise) OR (tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_limp) OR (tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_first_raise)) AND NOT(tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_blind_b), 1 , 0 ] )

instead of:

sum( if[ (NOT(tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_face_raise)) AND NOT(tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_blind_b), 1 , 0 ] )

or if you also want to differentiate "completing the small blind" from "limp":

sum( if[ (NOT(tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_face_raise)) AND NOT((tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_blind_b) OR (tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_blind_s)), 1 , 0 ] )

If the preflop action is to you and you aren't facing a raise and you aren't a blind, you have a limp opportunity...right?

You can limp and then face a raise, in which case "tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_face_raise" will still be true.
