PokerAce Hud Error!

Sometimes, I get the following message from Ace Hud : Unable to read from PokerStars client memory.
What's the problem, if any?
Note that my PS is set in English.

Enable logging and the next time you receive this error, please send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/wzq]Support system[/urlwzq] so that I can look into the issue.
