I've seen questions about this error in other posts but haven't been able to find a working solution posted yet. If the question already have been answered I apologize.
While converting my PT2 DB to Postgres I get tghe following error:
Error creating index - game_players_idx_01
7 - SQLSTATE = 23505
ERROR: could not create unique index
Table contains duplicate values.;
Error while executing the query
Any help is appreciated!

Open the File > Maintain Database Names window and double-click on the database name field for this "ptrack" entry. What is the size and file name that shows in the window that opens?

Since the db isn't really that big, the easiest thing to do would be to use the Utilities > Export Hand Histories To File option to export all you hands to text files and then import those files into PT3.
If that doesn't work for you, let me know and I'll give you something else to try.

Oh, sorry if I wasn't clear, I never intended on converting it to PT3 just to run PT2 with Postgres instead of Access.
However I guess I could export all HH's anyway and convet a new empty DB to Postgres and then import everything..... I'll try that and see if that works.
