couple other issues:

HUD not working at 9 handed final tables
HUD not working after busting a tournament and re-entering. the only work around I've found is to completely exit out of PT4 and then the HUD will begin to work again

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. The next time this happens take a screenshot of your desktop after playing a couple of hands at the table and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. At the end of your session attach your screenshot, support bundle and hand histoies to a Support Ticket:

That is a known issue and stopping and restarting the import should suffice instead of restarting. If you want to be automatically notified when this is resolved you can let us know via a Support Ticket.

Can't get HUD working at all. Have logging enabled, site configured properly, etc. Hands import but have to do it manually every time as well. Don't think screenshots would help either because nothing pops up in the first place on Fanduel. Trying to think what else I could be doing wrong. Also on the most recent version (4.18.20)

So we can see what's happening here turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you:

Do you see the hands in 'View Stats'? Are the hands importing with the correct time? If they are importing into a different day you will not see the hands in 'View Todays Hands'. iPoker (PokerStars on FanDuel) hand histories do not specify what timezone is being used so go to 'Configure > Sites & Import Options > iPoker' and select the 'PokerStars (FanDuel US) (EST/EDT) timezone option so that new hands can import with the correct time.
