Hi i recently reset my PC like a brand new install. When i loaded up my PT4 all my stats on players are gone., Is there a way to recover them. I;m thinking i should have moved the database, any help would be great thanks.

You can recover your hands if you either have a database backup:

Guide: Backup & Restore

or your original hand histories:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

Guide: Processed Files

If you don't have those then your poker site may be able to provide you with copies of your hand histories.
