That report is showing sessions by time, so each session could be different games and therefore stats displaying information about specific table sessions won't work correctly. Even if you filter the report so that it is only showing one game type the report is grouped in such a way that the stat doesn't make sense.

You shouldn't add the Game Type stat to that report. It won't behave as you expect it to due to the special grouping done with the "session by time" reports.

Sorry, I didn't get that. So one can't see a calendar results for Holdem OR Omaha?

You can, but remove "Game type" stat in the report.

I use default report, and if I filter for Omaha for example I get empty calendar.

While we are at it, I would like to report a bug:
If you use filter for Omaha at the calendar, and click on a empty day where no Omaha was played, Graph will still show the results for Holdem, while By session report is empty.

I'm lost. Is my op a bug or not. If not, then why is there an ability to filter for game type at the lower level?

Btw, if I double click on one of those lines in the lower panel it shows only Omaha sessions.

From what I understood one of the stats that you added to this report is causing this because it's not meant to be used in this scenario. Right click to configure report and Restore to Default. After that filtering for game type should be fine.
