Massive amount of errors with OnGame lately

Playing on Ongame, it didnt use to be this bad but it keeps getting worse:

[ img ]

1) Every hand uploads with an error.
2) It can go any number hands of (like 10-5,000) and suddenly decide it wants to stop uploading hands and updating HUD
3) If it jams it won't let me stop the import - I have to manually open up Windows Task Manager and kill both PT4 and the PT4 Hud processes

Example of processed hand:

***** History for hand xxx *****
Start hand: Sun Feb 17 13:01:10 CST 2013

Please go to Database > Database Management and click Rebuild Cache and that should get things working again for you.
That can happen if the database update process wasn't allowed to complete when you updated PT4.

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4 then try to import a single file. Attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file you tried to import so that we can see what is going on.
