A Few Problems

Hi everyone,

i just got the license for PT4 and i am experiencing a lot of problems with it.

First of all, i get the same problem as this guy ==> https://www.pokertracker.com/forums/vie ... 58&t=45596

but cannot solve it.

Second problem is i tried to import hand histories from Zoom on Pokerstars but they magically disappeared from the folder i putted them on and when i try to find them in PT4 it doesnt work. I can not import my Zoom hands from pokerstars but the HUD works "fine" on it... Im not quite sure...


Please help me... I'm really lost with this...

What version were you updating from? If you're seeing the HUD the hands are importing - the hands are moved after the import finishes so that PT4 doesn't need to keep rereading them. They're moved to the folder listed in the Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Preferences page.

Hi Krata, thx for answering... I had actually PT3 in the beginning, then i had a demo version of PT4...

Then i didnt play since months... And now i just purchased the PT4 key

I can not see the hands i played when i go to the "view stats"... only the hands i played before on regular tables

and when i get into the tables... the HUD does only work on a few players (i think the ones i already played before) but not everyone

please help :s

What site are you playing at? Does it say it's importing on the View Import Status page while you are playing?

Please try running Database --> Database Management --> Rebuild Cache and let me know if that doesn't help.

i tried it.. but it's always the same error message

actually if i can find a solution that has to delete my old database, that wouldnt bother me...

Did the cache rebuild complete OK?

If you want to start a new database you can do that in the Database > Database Management window too. Click 'New'. Once you've added the new database set it to be Default and Active (if you want to continue to use that). Once you have re-imported all your hands and you're happy with the data you can delete the old database via the same window.
