HUD not working on WPN

Hello I just downloaded the free trial version of Poker Tracker 4 today and spent awhile watching videos on how it works and some of the features it has. I am playing on Winning Poker Network, which literally just got a huge client update this morning. I followed the installation instructions, had some difficulties with anti-virus, but was wondering if its not working because of the client update? Not only can I not see the HUD but on the PT4 client when I am in view stats, none of my current hands will update there. I had to go to tools > setup assistant > configure site and imported old hand history from there to update on PT4.
Any help?

I've been told that things should be working on WPN after the update. When you use Get Hands While Playing, do your hands import?

Did the upgrade yesterday hud works fine.
