No HUD/No active tables

Hi,

My HUD won't appear anymore. Yesterday it worked fine but now when I start playing my HUD doesn't appear anymore. Also when I look at active tables, the tables listed are not the one's I am playing at that moment but often tournaments from before. Also my view today's hands from when playing cash aren't appearing. Only the hands from a couple of hours ago are listed but those weren't listed at the time of playing. Any idea how I get my HUD to work again? Thanks in advance!

Did you click Get Hands While Playing? Do you see any errors if you change to View Import Status?

Yes I did click Get hands while playing and no I don't see any errors. For example now when I try seating again and clicking Get hands while playing again the hands from before that weren't loading up are now starting to load up all of the sudden. But no hands from at the table I am currently playing on and also the table I am seating on isn't listed. The tables at 'view active tables' are the one's I was playing on an hour or two ago.

What site and kind of table is the table that isn't working?

Pokerstars. And all cash games and tournaments aren't working ATM.

This definitely isn't a general issue as many more people would be reporting it if it were. Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4 and attempt to import while playing for a few hands. Then submit your log viles via our support system - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Now all of the sudden when i disabled and then enabled logging and restarted poker tracker my HUD started to work again. Will still try to file the logging from the few hands I played.
