problems after purging hands

Postby locallad » Fri Jun 03, 2016 12:32 pm

Hi I recently purged hands i did not need in my PT database but i apparantly made a mistake and purged all hands for my alias at pokerstars. After that i cannot seem to get the data up on the statistics in PT. PT still import hands from pokerstars and HUD works but my pokerstars alias is disappered and its not appearing from my newly imported hands as well. How do i fix this?

Try running a Full Cache Rebuild in Database -> Database Management and that will most likely fix things.

Purging hands shouldn't prevent new hands working for the same player. Was this name linked to another name as an alias?

Puring a large amount of hands takes a pretty long time so if you import all of your hands and the database was anything like large it would have taken a very long time - are you sure it completed fully? If your computer powered down or went to sleep during the process it would have interrupted the purge and the database may not be in a good state.

If you need to re-import all of your hands anyway you may be better off to create a new database (Database > Database Management) and use that going forward.
